1979年，天恩首先創立了素食筵席中心，靠著消費者的口碑宣傳，成立至今曾創下單日三千餘桌素食宴席的輝煌紀錄；1991年，於美國加州洛杉磯成立“天恩素食餐廳”及 “素食批發中心”，帶動了當地健康素食的風潮，並曾辦理前美國總統、參眾院議員之素食國宴。

在投入大量的資金於研發工作及機械、廠房設備後，天恩開始製造生產冷凍、冷藏調理包裝素食產品，於1995年，成立“素之王食品有限公司”，負責進出口貿 易以擴展外銷市場，現已外銷至美國、日本、新加坡、韓國、菲律賓、香港、加拿大、泰國、法國、澳洲、馬來西亞…等國。1999年，成立“天恩食品有限公 司”負責生產素食產品；“天恩通運有限公司”，擁有三十餘部運輸車隊，提供全國筵席及冷凍素食產品的運輸與配送，及“素天下實業有限公司”等關係企業。

天恩食品有限公司投入近十億元之資金，採用最先進的食品機器及完善的衛生設備、環境及作業監控系統，生產製造高品質、健康美味的素食產品。由德國、日本引 進最先進的生產設備，全廠機械、地板、蒸汽管、水管採不銹鋼材質，提供優良、無菌的生產環境，目前生產工廠之設備、流程符合並超越國內CAS、GMP及國 外ISO、HACCP等國際品保認證之標準。第二期擴廠工程於2004年7月完工，我們投入資金採購了更先進、更多樣化之進口機械設備，除了將大幅提升公 司之產能，更能滿足消費者多變的選擇。
